Things I Love Lately...

What I'm loving lately....

- Jumping on the trampoline with my kids.  They think I'm cool because I can do tricks.  E asks me every day to jump with him.  I'm happy to laugh and play with my boy.  I love it!

- Nutter Butter's with Nutella

- Peanut butter and Nutella on toast.  I used to think Q was crazy (she eats this everyday for lunch), no more!  It's quite tasty, especially on warm toast... it gets all melty!

- Feta with my scrambled eggs

- Little slip on sneakers.  Yep, even more than sandals so far this year.  I need the warmth I guess, but I love that I can just slip them on.

- Living Alaska HGTV show.  I'm so intrigued by people buying houses in Alaska!  They make it look so amazing, you almost forget how brutal the winters must be there.  I'm struggling with Buffalo, don't think I could do Alaska, but I'm totally loving this show!  I've watched all the episodes and have moved on to...

- Living in the Caribbean.  Now this is somewhere I could live, but how do you make a living?  Do you raise your family working for a resort hotel?  Who knows, who cares?  Do you need anything if you live in a place like that?

- These shoes } I have been so good and haven't bought myself a new pair of shoes for at least like a month, maybe more...  Anyway, I quite love these shoes.

- I'd say warm weather, but I'm not convinced it's staying!  The forecast has it warmer for the next week, could it be spring is finally here?  Well, today it feels like summer, we just may skip spring!

- That after 15 years of marriage we've made it this far with no one walking in on us while we're, um, getting freaky!  I am still laughing that the one to do it is my youngest... fortunately, he's young enough to forget!  We told him we'd be out in just a minute... after all 2 minutes is all you need right?  We heard him leave, then heard him come back, and heard him fiddle with the door... didn't think we'd actually see his face!  We politely told him he needed to close the door, and after asked him how he got the door open!  He told us he went down, got a butter knife, came back up and turned the lock with it!!!  WHAT?  Hilarious!  We are still laughing about it!  We asked how he learned how to do that, he though it up himself!  Alright then.  We are now informed locked doors are not enough!

- A week with no exercise!  Yep, a whole week off!  Mostly it's been nice to use my time to get big projects done, like our deck, and our front porch, and our picnic table, and our basement... next week I'll be back at it.  I am hopeful  this week will get my legs back to normal.

- This multi-colored herringbone wall...
