Settle Down

Oooh, as I write that title I realize that I do love that song right now.  Have you heard it? It's FABULOUS!
Also loving Snow Patrol and Temper Trap. Good music.

It seems we are settling into our fall schedule.
I have the desire to plan and schedule my time in a better, more organized way.
Last week I finally ran my regular week. Of course, not the miles I'm used to, but the number of days. I'll increase as I get back into shape! Taking the summer off means losing endurance! I hope the decrease in my size follows as I'm bursting out of my pants right now!!!

The little boys are back in home preschool on Tuesday's. This year we are sharing/switching days teaching. Funny how I was all about doing this for my first two, but with the last two it's taken some arm twising! Life is more busy and I'd rather someone else teach them preschool, to be brutally honest! Glad for the extra push... I know I won't regret doing this for them. And really I have more days off than I teach, so it's really no big deal!

The big kids and I had dental checkups last week. They are rockstars with their teeth, thanks to diligent parents that strongly encourage them to brush morning and night. I swear the more they do it the more it makes up for how sloppy they do it! It all works out. I'm proud of them, Matt and I tease that they are doing way better than we did. Surely they've brushed their teeth more than we did, and we have the metal to prove it!

I was looking at old photos of me last week and felt I'd go back to bangs, so I cut them a few days ago and gave myself a trim. I also think I'm having a pull for darker hair. Hmmmm.

I've been working on a new website, for all of the goodies I make. I've been photographing and getting the site ready. I'm excited about that.

Started making a cute owl for my front door. I have some other wood crafts I want to complete.

We had a good weekend. My Saturday's are all booked up with photos, but I also got to go see the Relief Society broadcast at the church. It was inspiring and uplifting. After Molly and I got ice cream, third night in a row for me, then went to her house to watch Gray's (yea for a new season!)

Last week Matt and I got to go out a couple of nights in a row. First to a rundraiser even for meals on wheels. It was pretty cool, but we were dissapointed with the food. No worries, ice cream after took care of that! Date night we went to eat at a favorited Thai place, then more ice cream... maybe it isn't the running that is causing the butt growth! You think? I noramlly am not an ice cream eater... plain ice cream isn't good to me. BUT DQ has this turtle waffle bowl that has been treating me nicely! Ice cream, mixed with carmel and pecans, now that I seem to love! Oh my!
