Have You Ever Tried Running AND Crying...

It throws a whole new breathing pattern into the mix!!!
Exercise is good for the psyche, we know that, studies have shown us that... but also if you want to breathe you just have to stop crying!!!

I am loving this trail up here by my sisters house.  I biked on it for the first time Saturday, as the sun was setting, that alone about made me cry, it was beautiful... unfortunately I went w/o my camera.  I may go back there tonight, just to show you.

As I have run here at her house I've been all about the neighborhoods, the hills.  The trail isn't so hilly, but it is beautiful.  I ran on it yesterday and again today.

I'm thankful for a neighbor here who is willing to let me use her bike.  It feels weird and I'm still a little afraid of it, it just feels different from my bike, but I'm thankful to have it.  I'm going with some lady bikers in the morning and we're going up the canyon.  I'm excited, it will be lovely!  I'm a little afraid of going downhill fast still, I'm afraid to fall... I wish there was a way to downshift so I didn't have to use my breaks all down the canyon!!!

My next sights are the Nickel City Triathalon here in a few weeks.  I still haven't registered, haven't talked to the hubbs about doing it yet, but I'll continue to get ready-ish for it!
