For the Stage...

So, if you've been around for a while you know that I enjoy making things.

I'm adding a new page up top there.  Check it out!

I am a dancer.  I also teach for Center Stage and The Dancer's Workshop.

I've made head pieces to match costumes at Center Stage for a few years now.

I do love it!  It is fun to stretch my creativity and make things for stage... which are a little more extravagant than the day to day.

I've been working hard this weekend coming up with some creations.  The girls are competing soon and they need some fabulous on their pretty heads!

Here is one that I made this weekend.  I'll show them all soon, as well as a tutorial for making a large felt flower... stay tuned!

This is the costume (via costume book)... she is dancing to Ave Maria... so it's soft and pretty.  I went for feathers.

This cute little peanut was handy so I put this on her head!  A teen is wearing this, so it will fit nicely on her larger head!  And looking at this I'd maybe put it on the other side w/ the feathers facing to the back.. oh well!

Hope you all had a great weekend!
