A few weeks ago
A few weeks ago the Ormsby's came from Rochester for dinner.
We had such a good visit. It's silly we don't see each other more often.
We met them in VA. They were in med school while we did business.
At that time Haley was heaven sent. I didn't feel I had any close friends, and I always need at least one! We connected and I'd say she was pretty much it! I went back to look for photos of us and couldn't find ONE! I do have a group shot that both of us are in, and I have plenty of our two cute kids...
Anyway, I love that we have stayed connected to each other's lives. Haley is a runner too, and again for me I feel like she's the one person who 'gets it'. She's run marathons and is a wealth of information as well as encouragement for me, priceless. (I'll do a little shout out here and congratulate her for qualifying for Boston!) I'm glad we have that in common. Even when she moves again and is far away running can keep us connected. She is beautiful.
The kids played well together and we love hearing about Wayne's escapades in the medical field. He has accomplished so much.
I love that you can see parents in this photo of our crazy kids!
I hope we can see them again before they move!!! We love you Ormsby's. We are glad we can still call you friends!
